Is this a safe way to lose weight? - ephedrine caffeine aspirin
I'm 6'2 "379 lbs. For the past month, I ate 1500 calories a day (2000-2500 weekends), weight training 3 days per week, 5 days a week and cardio on ephedrine or caffeine or supplement to aspirin twice daily except on weekends.
I lost 10 pounds so far and I noticed the increase muscle.
Starting this week, most everything I do, I intend to start taking a pill of linseed oil, twice three times a day and drink green tea per day. Similarly, until I make my calories to around 1700.
Is this a good way to increase your metabolism and lose weight and increase muscle mass?
